Returns & Refunds

If you buy a physical book from Dithering Chaps online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the book to us. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Please return books in a condition suitable for resale. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.

We will refund the purchase price and the cost of our standard delivery option within 14 days of receiving the returned book, or receiving evidence that you have sent it back. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.

If a book is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
